- Your cake is baked to order 24 hours before shipping to lock in the freshness.
- We wrap your cake carefully, to make sure it stays in good conditions during shipping.

The shipping cost is $10.00 USD.

The cookie cakes are shipped via UPS. No Saturday deliveries. We only ship cakes on Monday-Thursday.
- Delivery notifications are sent over "App Shop" on the day of dispatch.
- Broookies is unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8AM-8PM. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order within 15 days of anticipation for it to arrive 3+ days before your event. Upon arrival, remove the cookie cake from the shipping container and store the packaging bag in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
